You may exchange or return product for a refund (excluding actual shipping cost) within 7 days of receiving the item. All items must be in new, unused, untested condition. Items tested in any manner are NOT returnable. Buyer pays return shipping cost and we DO NOT refund the shipping cost (actual shipping cost) on all returns unless it was a result of our mistake. This amount will be deducted from your refund. The following items are not returnable; special orders, pond liner, liner underlay, ultima filters, tubing, fish food and Koi. If the item is returned after 30 days for any reason, You will be charged 30% Restocking Fee. Every return requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from us. Please call us at 626-444-8197 to receive an RMA number.
Products which come with a warranty from the manufacturer are held by the manufacturers and NOT BY US. We will not be responsible for all manufacturer’s warranty issues and should be directed to the manufacturer.
