Free Shipping on Dry Goods Orders

Free shipping applies to continental US delivery addresses only and is via ground by the carrier of our choice. We DO NOT ship to a PO Box. We need a physical 'ship to' address to process your order. Most orders are shipped from our office in California. Some orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturer's in various states within the continental US.

Free Shipping on Koi Orders

Free shipping applies to continental US delivery addresses only and all Koi orders are shipped on every Monday. Otherwise you need to request for some other days.

All Koi that are under 15" are shipped via UPS Next Day Air to your door. SORRY BUT NO RETURN OR REFUND ON LIVE FISH. We only guarantee live arrival and you must be present at the time of delivery to accept the fish and sign for it.

All Koi that are bigger than 15" are shipped via either Southwest Airlines Cargo service or Delta Airlines Cargo service to the closest cargo from you. You will need to pick up your Koi from the Cargo within 2 hours of its arrival. You can request us by calling 626-444-8197 if you want to receive your Koi that are bigger than 15" via UPS Next Day Air with extra shipping cost charge.

If the fish died upon delivery or pick-up we will replace it with another fish of equal value. You must notify us immediately by phone(626-444-8197) or e-mail(info@koioutlet.com) within 3 hours of its delivery or pick-up.

Expedited Shipping

All orders requesting expedited shipping must be received by 10:00 AM Pacific time for us to ship out the day of order.

Pick-Ups

You can pick up your orders from our retail store during our business hours.
