Shipping Terms All orders must be prepaid by check, credit card, wire or money order. California State Sales Tas applies to California customers. All prices listed on Koioutlet.com are subject to change without notice. We do not provide online shopping. We prefer to speak to you to know you and your pets needs and to make your order more accurate. All Koi are subject to prior sale. We do not charge handling or box charges. All information you provide us is safely kept from unauthorized access.
Returns You may return your order in its original condition and packaging for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of your order. We do not refund the shipping cost and do charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns unless it was a result of our mistake.. We do not accept returns on Koi, Koi food, items ordered by dimension (pond liners, custom ordered cut filter mat, etc..), items that have abused, misused or damaged and special order item. We will not be responsible for all manufacturer warranty issues and should be directed to the manufacturer. |
